CHANGE: Small Steps Toward Greatness

The CP Innovation Exposition & Symposium 2019–2020 was held under the concept “CHANGE – Small steps toward greatness,” emphasizing that small changes made by individuals across different business units can collectively create a significant impact for the Charoen Pokphand Group. The event was officially opened on January 16, 2019, by Chairman Supakit Chearavanont, who presented the Chairman Award, with Senior Chairman Dhanin Chearavanont delivering a special keynote speech, along with guest speakers discussing “Innovation Disruptive.”

The exposition showcased innovative projects from various CP businesses and was open for viewing until January 19, 2019, at BITEC Hall EH101. In addition, the Charoen Pokphand Group Symposium 2019 was held on January 17–18, featuring respected speakers from within and outside the organization who shared insights and knowledge in key areas of interest.

The improvement of creative work relating to social compensation, caring for ecology and the environment, creating corporate core values, safety, hygiene, including creating satisfaction and engagement with stakeholders.

Oneday Satisfaction

This new zone is established to honor and recognize innovators who have emerged from initiating projects within their areas of responsibility. These projects range from minor improvements, modifications, and changes to the creation of new innovations. Such initiatives often focus on enhancing efficiency, productivity, and quality, reducing costs, improving safety, or promoting environmental conservation, serving as the starting point for transformation.
